Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed after confirmation.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been processed, we can update the shipping address
- If the order has already been processed, we may still be able to modify the address without canceling the order
- If the order has already been shipped, changes may not be possible, but we will assist you based on the situation
